What is your delivery area?
Our delivery area includes the whole China mainland. We have our own or cooperative florists in every cities and some country areas of China Mainland. We can also make the delivery to the cruise ships in China.



How about the delivery fee?
The price of the items you choose online is the total cost you will pay in USD currency. If the recipient is in cities, this price includes all the cost of the delivery, service and taxes. However, if the recipient is in suburb, village or country area, addional USD $5-$25 is required according to different situations.



Do you deliver on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes, we do. And we offer 365 days delivery service in the whole year. Our service is available on any day.



What is your payment system?
Currently we take both credit cards and Paypal orders. For credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, DiscoverCard and JCB. Our payment system transactions via 128-bit encryption and Verisign certification.



May I decide the delivery date?

Sure. And We offer same day delivery for most items. We make the delivery in the daytime according to many possible factors, so please set the delivery time in the daytime. For some items, please make your order a few days in advance before your required delivery date, so we can arrange the delivery on time.



Is it possible that my gift can be delivered to the recipient on time?
Yes. All the gifts you have ordered will be delivered to the recipient on time in most cities. Due to the delivery system and some reality factors, we can't guarantee in every city, but we are sure about the delivery within the time as your request.



May I require the services that you haven’t shown on this website at present?
Sure, you can contact us directly if you need other services. Based on strong delivery system in the whole China mainland, we'll try our best to meet your needs, especially your personalized goods.



How can I know the recipient has got the goods that I order?
We will update your order status to "Delivered" after the delivery. You can login in your account and check your order's status any time. Also, we will send you an email for the notification.



Need I be your member?
At present we use member system, but it's not compellent. Once you become our member, we will remind you kindly in some special days: your friend's birthday, Mid-Autumn in China ...etc.
We promise that your personal details will be kept secret and won't be used for any other purposes.



What time is best for me to order the gift?
We support same day delivery in all big cities and many middle and small cities. Of course the order ahead 1- 2 days is welcome. For some special item we use EMS for the delivery, please make the order 3-5 days in advance.



Why is your delivery so wide?
We have started our local gift delivery service from 1990, and online nationwide store from 1999. At the very beginning, we mainly offered flowers, and now we have a wide range of gift items, especially gift baskets. We have 20 delivery centers, about 200 chain gift and flower stores and more than 700 member gifts and flower stores in China. It covers almost every city in China.
